PDM House

Everything poets and painters could have dreamed of, nature created here – this is what George Sand wrote about Majorca, admiring the landscape of the Spanish island.

While the block of the Majorcan villa can easily be called a minimalist, the interior of the residence transfers to a world of carefree Mediterranean summer. Despite its capital location, the house looks quiet, providing a safe haven from the hustle and bustle. To achieve this effect, designers from Paradowski Studio have used a neutral range of colors and natural materials inspired by local nature. The color base consists of muted white, beige and warm shades of gray complemented with the colors of wood, linen or limestone with a slightly warm color so characteristic of the Majorca landscape. From this material with an eye-catching, raw texture, the details of the wall in the living room and a fireplace characterized by a simple, geometric form, which was created in cooperation with a local craftsman.
