SENIOR DESIGNER

Senior Designer is responsible for overseeing the design and management of the project. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen design eye, and the ability to act proactively. Candidates should feel comfortable in all phases of the project, from the conceptual design to the author's supervision.

TASKS

• Together with the team, preparing the conceptual design, introducing original and effective solutions to the given brief;
• Following the aesthetic vision of PS, the efficiency of shaping the design in accordance with this direction;
• Project development management, organization and supervision over the time schedule and budget;
• Work on internal mood-boards and presentations for the client prepared according to PS standards;
• Work on detailed executive and technical drawings of projections, elevations, architectural details, carpentry elements, electrical and plumbing installations prepared according to the highest industry standards;
• Preparation of precise furniture designs to size;
• Excellent knowledge of finishing and construction materials, supervising their selection, the ability to conduct extensive research in the field of materials science and technological applications;
• Managing communication with the client, contractors, subcontractors and other people involved in the project;
• Organization of meetings resulting from the project, preparation of materials necessary for the meeting;
• Participation in meetings at the construction site, assessment of work progress, detailed review of the compliance of the investment with the design;
• Organization and maintenance of folders on the internal server, physical documents, e-mail correspondence and other materials affecting the quality of the delivered project;

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Education higher directional;
• Min. 4 years of experience in working on residential and commercial projects of a higher standard;
• Fluency in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop and Excel;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to independently make detailed projections, sections and construction details.
• Ability to make a detailed electrical installation design divided into circuits, light scenes, fluent knowledge of KNX, DALI systems, Smart-House solutions and HI-FI system coordination;
• Freedom to read industry projects;
• Efficient and professional team work and communication and the ability to act independently;

JUNIOR DESIGNER

Junior Designer is responsible for reliable PS team design support throughout the design process, from conceptual design to author's supervision. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a keen design eye, and ease of movement in every aspect of the project. The willingness to learn and develop and to search for new aesthetic and technological values ​​is crucial.

TASKS

• Together with the team and under the supervision of a Senior Designer, preparing a conceptual design, introducing original and effective solutions to given brief;
• Following the aesthetic vision of PS, the efficiency of shaping the design in accordance with this direction;
• Work on internal mood-boards and presentations for the client prepared according to PS standards;
• Assisting in the selection of finishing and construction materials;
• Obtaining samples, creating presentations of finishing samples for the client, taking care of the sample library;
• Work on the detailed and technical drawings of carpentry elements, electrical and plumbing installations, prepared according to the highest industry standards under the supervision of a Senior Designer;
• Preparation of selected furniture designs to size;
• Support for a Senior Designer in contact with contractors and other people involved in the project;
• Participation in meetings resulting from the project, preparation of detailed notes from the meetings and the ability to implement them into the design process;
• Organization and maintenance of folders on the internal server, physical documents, e-mail correspondence and other materials affecting the quality of the delivered project;

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Education higher directional;
• Min. 1 year of experience in working on residential and commercial projects of a higher standard;
• Fluency in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop and Excel;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

PURCHASING COORDINATOR

Purchasing Coordinator is a role that requires an efficient combination of administrative tasks with a complex design process. Proficiency in English, decision-making and strong communication skills are key.

WORKS

• Realization of inquiries and orders based on the detailed specifications of the project team;
• Communication and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers from all over the world;
• Organization, coordination and tracking of shipments and deliveries to the warehouse;
• Detailed checking of received products;
• Ordering samples of materials for the project;
• Assisting the designer in developing proposals and presentations;
• Organization of internal meetings and meetings with external suppliers;
• Ongoing update and maintenance of the contact list of suppliers and customers in order;
• Careful administration of sales documents;
• Managing the time schedule and budget;
• Keeping records of domestic and foreign transfers;
• Organization and maintenance of folders on the internal server, physical documents, e-mail correspondence and other materials influencing the quality of service;

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Higher education;
• Min. 1 year of experience in work related to sales or administration;
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Perfect work organization, multitasking and task juggling within many projects;
• Fluency in the Microsoft environment;
• Ability to work independently and efficiently communicate with the project team;
• Interest in design and the interior design industry is crucial;
